I love this one, Colleen! I was going to post something similar on my blog late last night… but around 4 am, I finally drifted off to sleep. So much change going on, my system is wired!

My advice: don’t add any caffeine or sugar..and walk it out tonight before you go to bed. Then again, you may be enjoying the sensation !

Oh, too funny! Great advice…I most definitely need more exercise… Should have done some tonight. Instead, I decided to get up to date on my blog and enter another post, lol. Now it’s after 11 pm and I have *got* to find a way to go to sleepyland tonight!
