Hi Adam. Yes Cairns is spectacular. I love the combination of the reef and rainforest. And the climate ofcourse ! Yes the slide show looks cool doesn’t it ? Took a little while to create though…

HI Paul, yes they are…it is just a pity we can’t swim in them ! Well not unless you swim within the netted enclosures…even though the crocodiles and (potentially deadly) Irukandji Jellyfish still manage to get in sometimes …

If you’re attempting
to lure me over there…
it’s working.
I’ve just turned green.
P.S. Silly me, at first I thought your last name was…
yes, Cairns. Woopsee! 🙂
P.S.S. The waters on that beach
are too beautiful for people, apparently.

Ha ha ! Come for a holiday !!! Just turned green huh ? Well…you’ll blend in very well then ! Yes, the crocs do mark their territory very well, reminding us of their presence as they lurk around the nets. And ofcourse it was only a little further north near Port Douglas where Steve Urwin (the Crocodil Hunter guy) received the most poignant of reminders to not over step the boundaries when he met his demise when confronted by a Sting Ray.

Hi Alina ! Yes we have many many visitors throughout the year from all around the world. It makes me very proud to know people go to such efforts to visit my backyard and I try as much as I can never to take my beautiful surrounds for granted.
You will have to show us some pics of your town / city ! 🙂
