consonants and vowels

Syllables ring

In the ears of a child

Decoding

Fragmenting…

Yet

Intentions seep

From veiled meanings

Insidiously

Irreparably

Crafting the scar-tissue

Around the Heart

of

Self

Words spewed forth

Cutting

Wounding

Enmeshed in a  tangle of lesions

Clotting pathways

To
